Registration and abstract submission:

• Registration for the event is now open. The RSBMB 2025 registration form below will guide you through the two-step registration and abstract submission process. Please have your abstract prepared according to the RSBMB 2025 abstract template. Time required to fill in the form: approx. 15 minutes.

Register to the RSBMB 2025 conference 

Conference fees:

• 100 RON | undergraduates/ PhD students members of the RSBMB presenting works as first author
• 200 RON | senior members of the RSBMB
• 300 RON | non-members of the RSBMB
• 150 RON | accompanying persons

The fee covers access to lectures and poster sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and Gala Dinner. For accompanying persons, the fee covers coffee breaks, lunch, and Gala Diner.
