23.07.2025 – The 2025 Annual International Conference of RSBMB is CANCELED.
Objective reasons forced the organisers to cancel the upcoming conference. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused in planning your and your lab’s activities for September. We do hope that we will nevertheless be able to meet in 2026.

Important dates:

1 August 2025| Deadline for registration and abstract submission.
24 August 2025 | E-mail confirmation of abstract acceptance
24 August 2025 – 1 September 2025 | Payment of registration fees for participants submitting an abstract
Exceptionally, for participants without poster/oral presentation the payment can be made anytime before the Conference starts (preferred) and also onsite during the event.

Sorry, but due to objective reasons, the conference was canceled. Registration was closed on 22.07.2025.
Registration for the event is now open. The RSBMB 2025 registration form below will guide you through the two-step registration and abstract submission process. Please have your abstract prepared according to the RSBMB 2025 abstract template. Time required to fill in the form: approx. 15 minutes.

Conference fees:

100 RON | undergraduates/ PhD students members of the RSBMB presenting works as first author
200 RON | senior members of the RSBMB
300 RON | non-members of the RSBMB
150 RON | accompanying persons

The fee covers access to lectures and poster sessions, coffee breaks, lunch, and Gala Dinner. For accompanying persons, the fee covers coffee breaks, lunch, and Gala Diner.
